Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our products. We are committed to your satisfaction and aim to offer a fair and transparent return policy, in compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Law.

Return Eligibility
Unopened and unused supplement products can be returned within 7 days of purchase/delivery.

Products must be:

In their original, sealed packaging

In a resalable condition

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with UAE health and safety guidelines, returns and refunds will not be accepted for:

Opened or used supplements

Products with broken safety seals

Items not stored as per instructions (e.g., exposure to heat or sunlight)

Clearance, promotional, or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verifying the issue.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

If payment was made by cash on delivery (COD), we will issue a store credit or bank transfer upon confirmation.

Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival), we will cover return shipping costs.

For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Important Notes
Always store supplements as instructed on the label. Products exposed to improper storage conditions may not be eligible for return.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy or violate UAE consumer laws.
